Drawing on influences from lo-fi, classic hip-hop, and downtempo sounds, "Instrumental Insight" is a four track EP blending live instrumentation and chilled out beats. The first track "New Kicks" is a smooth rhythm that balances the minimalism and organic elements of early hip-hop. "Truthfullness" is a beat centered around signature melancholic guitar riffs played by Ted which can also be found on "Oracle" and the title track "Instrumental Insight." The EP encompasses classic chilled out feelings while delving into more mystical and introspective themes which showcase the core of Ted's musical influences accentuated by the current circumstances of the rolling lockdowns worldwide.
